Though the last few devices haven’t really been able to create a storm out there, it doesn’t look like the company plans on bogging down, an Asus branded smartphone was recently certified by Chinese telecommunication authority TENAA. There’s no doubt that Asus has been a key player in the entry level and mid range smartphones, especially in emerging markets as said before, and coming to this very category, or to be more precise, a mid-range smartphone is the newly certified Asus smartphone. The listing shows the model number as ASUS_X015D, which as shown in the listing is powered by an octa-core 1.5GHz processor, with a 5.5-inch HD Display, RAM Options of 3GB and 4GB, and internal storage options of 32GB and 64GB.

The listing also points out details regarding the camera department, which is said to be a 13MP camera on the back, which as most phones now do, has a dual rear camera set up.
