California: Sacramento pilots a subsidy
The FFESP programme, administered by Sacramento County, gives $725 a month to 200 families with children under five.
Based on demographic criteria, the plan, which is in operation until November 2025, does not accept applications from white, Asian, or Hispanic individuals.
