A 33-year-old individual from Dongan Hills is confronting serious allegations of physically and sexually assaulting a woman, as part of a troubling 73-count indictment.

Prosecutors stated that she made multiple attempts to flee, but he obstructed her from exiting the premises.

“I’m going to kill you,” the court documents reportedly state Capasso as saying.

The defendant had prior acquaintance with the woman.
