Budget-Friendly Fun $1 Tickets Available During Dallas Zoo Dollar Days

The summer season is in full swing, and the Dollar Days at the Dallas Zoo have finally arrived.

On some times throughout the year, the zoo reduces the price of admission to just one dollar. In this year’s calendar, the Dallas Zoo will be offering a one dollar entrance price on July 17 and August 5!

Tickets can be purchased online and are currently available for purchase. According to a press statement, the zoo does not intend to sell tickets on-site on the day of the event.

Officials from the Dallas Zoo have stated that they will be limiting the number of tickets that may be purchased on discounted days, same as they did the previous year.

Considering the fact that Dollar Days are particularly well-liked in the North Texas area, the zoo is urging those who intend to attend to book their tickets as soon as possible.

During Dollar Days, there will be two temporary snack stores that will provide the following items:

  • One dollar for cotton candy and popcorn
  • $2 worth of frozen sweets
  • Chips worth $2
  • Soda cans of $3 each

During the discount days, temperatures in North Texas can get rather high, so visitors visiting the zoo are strongly recommended to dress appropriately, cover their skin with sunscreen, and drink plenty of water.

The zoo has stated that they will provide cooling fans and misting stations in order to assist visitors in coping with the heat.

Tickets for parking at the Zoo can be obtained at the ticket booths upon entering the zoo. The cost of parking is ten dollars.
