HOOVERA firm has extended its borders in Birmingham, giving drivers a new place to stop and keep their cars clean as traffic continues to flow by on U.S. Highway 280 every day.
New Day Car Wash, which already has four sites in the Birmingham region, just launched its newest location close to Hamburger Heaven on the Hwy 280 corridor.
The business, which presently has offices in Vestavia Hills, Trussville, and Fultondale, is also getting ready to open a fifth site in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
During the ribbon cutting for New Day on Friday, June 27, Paden Gaines, director of operations for LIV Ventures, talked about what the car wash firm offers that he thinks sets it apart from what customers will get from competitors. He also expressed his excitement for what the site will bring.
“With New Day, we want to give customers a unique experience that they can’t get at other car washes,” Gaines stated. Having a team on the ground to carry out the vision and mission that we established is the only way to achieve that.
Although New Day Car Wash performed its ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Shelby County Chamber and the Hoover Chamber of Commerce one week later, it officially opened on Friday, June 20.
“The New Day on Hwy 280 is the largest of the four locations that are currently open and will be the flagship location,” Gaines said. In addition, it has the longest wash tunnel of any of the locations.
In addition to cutting the ribbon, the opening was supported by the Exceptional Foundation, a nonprofit organization that offers social and recreational activities to adults and children with intellectual impairments in the Birmingham area.
As part of their experience, New Day provides consumers with four wash packages. Customers can purchase a basic package for $15, a classic package for $20, a deluxe package for $25, and a signature package for $30 for a single month. For an additional five dollars, customers can purchase a monthly membership for any of those packages.
