A twenty-five-year-old guy was taken into custody by the police after he was discovered in the bedroom of a sixteen-year-old child.
On Sunday, it took place in a residence located in Oakland Park.
According to the authorities, the stepfather of the victim reported to the police that he came at his residence early on Sunday afternoon to see an unidentified vehicle parked in his driveway.
The man said to the police that he went to his stepson’s room and discovered that the door was locked and then closed.
After knocking on the door, the victim allegedly opened it and pulled up his boxer shorts, while the suspect, who has been identified as Milton Jose Rodriguez, was completely naked.
Rodriguez allegedly told the stepfather that he had met the victim on Grinder and that his profile had made it appear that he was 19 years old, when in fact he was only 16 years old.
The victim admitted to the police that he had posted a false age and that he had consented to Rodriguez coming to his house.
Additionally, the victim stated that Rodriguez had given him fifty dollars in exchange for sexual activity.

According to the authorities, the victim changed his mind after first accepting, and it was at that time that his stepfather arrived into the scene.
Rodriguez was taken into custody by the police when he was accused of engaging in obscene communication and flying to meet a minor after luring them.
