State police said neither cyclist was wearing a helmet.
The victim was identified by local media, such as PennLive, as a former Penn State Nittany Lions football player.
Fleming and Boyd can be seen together in social media pictures. The body of the deer that police suspect caused the ATV crash was found.
Fleming excelled as a high school star at Southern Columbia High in Catawissa, Pennsylvania, where he was voted the 2019 Pennsylvania player of the year by both Gatorade and PennLive, and he was listed as the nation’s best wide receiver recruit.
