After a collision Thursday night involving a car whose passengers were allegedly “firing guns,” a south Columbus road was stopped for many hours.
At 5:45 p.m., a crash happened close to the intersection of Frank Road and State Route 104, according to a police dispatcher. After being hurt in the collision, two people were sent to a hospital in stable condition.
A police dispatcher claimed that individuals “firing guns” were inside the vehicle that was reportedly responsible for the collision. According to a police dispatcher, police searched the crash scene, arrested three people, and are looking for two more persons, but they have not located any gunshot victims.
For several hours, State Route 104 west between Interstate 71 and US Route 23/High Street was closed in both directions. Since then, the road has reopened.
