Robin Moore was named senior vice president of retail operations and process management at AmFirst.
This promotion, according to AmFirst, is a testament to her unwavering dedication to excellence and her crucial role in advancing the credit union. Having evolved with AmFirst from her early days as a part-time student to her most recent post as vice president of process management, Moore adds 40 years of experience to this enlarged capacity.
“I identify with the Credit Union’s motto, People Helping People,” Moore stated. This isn’t limited to direct communication with members. It also has to do with assisting employees in comprehending procedures and systems so they may provide the superior member care for which credit unions are renowned. I’m eager to see what we can do and am looking forward to this new challenge.
In her new position, Moore will continue to carry out her existing duties while taking on senior leadership responsibility for Card Services, the Call Center, and Interactive Teller Machines. AmFirst’s emphasis on operational excellence, service innovation, and providing members with a seamless experience across all channels is strengthened by this strategic growth.

In 1985, Moore started his career at AmFirst. She has held a variety of positions in corporate leadership and branch operations over the years, according to AmFirst, and has risen through the ranks consistently because of her excellent work ethic, extensive institutional knowledge, and enthusiasm for service.
