COLUMBIANA
– Victor Adear Vanderslice, age 43 of Columbiana, has been arrested by the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office for possession of child pornography with intent to distribute.
Vanderslice was arrested on 10 counts of possession with intent to disseminate child pornography and was booked into the Shelby County Jail on June 9 on a total bond of $300,000.
According to court documents, Vanderslice was allegedly found to be in possession of multiple videos depicting individuals under the age of 17 years engaged in sexual activity.
Possession with intent to disseminate child sexual abuse material is considered a Class B felony and carries a potential prison sentence of a minimum of two years with the potential for up to 20 years.
