Ozaukee County, WI – More than 82 grams of methamphetamine and other drug paraphernalia were discovered during a recent traffic check in Wisconsin, which led to the arrest of two people, according to authorities.

Deputies had a reasonable suspicion of illegal drug activities after stopping a car for an equipment violation, according to a release from the Ozaukee County Sheriff’s Office.

After K9 Odin was deployed, he alerted the police to the presence of the car, which led to a search that ultimately turned up 82.2 grams of methamphetamine in two different bags, along with baggies, a scale, and a meth pipe.

The following charges led to the arrest and issuance of monetary bonds for the driver and the passenger:

Driver ($25,000 bond):
  • Possession with Intent to Deliver – Methamphetamine (Party to a Crime)
  • Felony Bail Jumping
Passenger ($50,000 bond):
  • Possession with Intent to Deliver – Methamphetamine
  • Possession of Methamphetamine Paraphernalia
  • 8 counts of Felony Bail Jumping
