Deputies in Volusia County have apprehended a man from Florida who has 30 convictions, 74 criminal charges, and five past incarcerations.
According to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office, Jeffrey Hirschkorn was wanted for a number of offenses involving fraud.
According to deputies, the individual taunted a local car dealership about the thousands of dollars he obtained through fraud by using the phrase “Catch Me If You Can.”
According to detectives, they were successful in obtaining an arrest warrant for Hirschkorn.
They claimed to have contacted the Orlando Police Department, who were able to apprehend him less than twelve hours later.
Hirschkorn was also wanted for similar offenses on another warrant issued by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
