For All Mankind is an American science fiction drama series. It is created and written by Matt Wolpert, Ronald. D. Moore, and Ben Nadivi. The story flows in an alternate timeline. A Soviet cosmonaut, Alexei Leonov, becomes the first person to land on the moon. They also include female astronauts in the mission. Nasa, hoping to catch up, changes its initial methods. They start training women and minorities for the mission. The story then moves on to show competition between the two space powers.

Season 1 of the series premiered on 1st November, 2019. It was renewed for a second season on February 19th, 2021. Season 2 turned out to be a big production hit. It was nominated for the TCA award for outstanding achievement in drama.
After the two successful seasons, the makers weren’t disappointed about renewing the contract in December 2020. Season 3 is announced to be released in June 2020.
