Last week, a man from Garland County was taken into custody for masturbating on the grounds of a Fountain Lake School District elementary school.
Due to a 2019 conviction for sexual assault, the individual, Allen Lewallen, 31, is currently on parole and a registered sexual offender.
On May 2, according to the police, Lewallen pulled his car into the primary school’s property, got out, and started masturbating in front of onlookers.
He later got back into his car, where he allegedly masturbated a second time, according to the police.
According to a school representative, no pupils were present when the incident happened, which happened after school hours.
Due to a parole violation, Lewallen was taken into custody by the Arkansas Community Corrections – Hot Springs Division.
He has been accused of indecent exposure and is not allowed on school property as a registered offender.
