A short time later, Fresno police were called to an automobile crash in front of Community Regional Medical Centre on Fresno and R streets.

They noted that the black Cadillac involved looked like the one that departed the Easton petrol station around eight miles away.

Everyone inside had been detained for questioning. Officers also discovered that one of the individuals who had previously been in the car was no longer present.

According to investigators, a passerby picked up the injured man and drove him to the hospital because he had sustained serious injuries. That man was admitted for treatment and is now classified in critical condition.

Deputies are still investigating this case and will interview everyone involved to better understand what transpired and determine whether any arrests are necessary.
