Another popular fast-food restaurant has announced its impending debut in the Portland suburb of Hillsboro, while another eagerly awaited business opens.
On Wednesday, June 11, Shake Shack will open its next location at Reed’s Crossing, 3651 SE Cornelius Pass Road. The company’s fourth location in the state will be in Hillsboro.
In Beaverton’s Cedar Hills Crossing, the burger chain’s first Oregon store opened its doors in April 2021. Two years later, it added two more locations in Portland’s West Burnside and Bridgeport Village in Tigard.
Additionally, the business is attempting to open a second drive-thru in Vancouver.
The newest Shake Shack restaurant will be open Sunday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 12 a.m.
The business will provide its well-known ShackBurgers, hand-spun milkshakes, and crinkle-cut fries. Additionally, personalized tote bags will be given to the first few patrons at the Hillsboro grand opening.
“As part of Shake Shack’s mission to Stand for Something Good, the Reed’s Crossing Shack will donate $1 for every sandwich sold at the Shack on June 11 to Oregon Food Bank — supporting their work to connect people with food and build community power to end hunger at its roots, eliminating barriers to employment, affordable housing, health care and more,” Shack Shack continued.

Jollibee’s opening will be followed by the opening of the new burger joint in the suburb. The drive-thru, which was created in the Philippines, opened its first facility in Oregon on Friday at 10875 NE Cornell Road in Tanasbourne Village, Hillsboro.
Customers flocked to the shopping mall, which also houses Crumbl Cookies, Trader Joe’s, and Five Guys Burgers and Fries, after the owners urged visitors to camp out overnight for the grand opening.
