On Friday, a man in Houston was shot in the face and taken to a hospital. Police are now requesting any information from the public.
At approximately 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Houston police were first dispatched at SH 288 and Yellowstone Boulevard. They discovered a man who had been shot in the face when they got there.
Police claim that the man was shot close to the freeway in the 2600 block of Reed Road. According to reports, his girlfriend told police that there might have been a fight at the location prior to the shooting.
The man and his girlfriend drove to Yellowstone Boulevard following the shooting. According to the police, a witness reported seeing smoke coming from the man’s car, which was damaged during the trip.
After being transported to a hospital, the man is anticipated to make a full recovery.
There were no injuries to his girlfriend.
The motivation for the shooting is unknown, and no one has been identified as a result of this occurrence.
