The popular horror flick Jeepers Creepers is gearing up to return to the screens with its fourth series. The fourth film series of the Jeepers Creepers franchise was announced back in February 2021. Horror enthusiasts were looking forward to the movie coming out that fall, but it was postponed until 2022. The filmmakers did not provide the reason for its postponement even though the post-production took much longer than usual.
Previously, the director contended that the fourth series will finally be back this year although no specific date has been mentioned.

The first three movies were helmed by Victor Salva but this held the franchise surrounded by controversy because, in 1988, Victor Salva was arrested for sexually exploiting a minor. It looks like he has ever since stepped down from the Jeepers Creepers directing duties. Therefore, Salva will not direct or serve as a producer for the fourth series “Jeepers Creepers: Reborn.”
Jeepers Creepers: Reborn was directed by Timo Vuorensola while Sean Michael Argo jotted down the script.
What is the air date for Jeepers Creepers 4: Reborn?
As per Variety, Jeepers Creepers: Reborn started filming back in December 2020 and wrapped in January 2021. The fourth film was supposed to be launched shortly after. However, it’s unheard of for a movie to shoot quickly and be launched within a year of post-production.
Needless to say, the fourth film was scheduled for February 28, 2022, after the delay but so far the film has not been released yet.
So as of now, Jeepers Creepers 4: Reborn does not have a specific air date, and reports about a possible delay in the release of the film have been circulating amongst fans of the film universe.
However, This resurrection of the franchise is predicted to be out around the time of the Halloween season meaning October 31, 2022 is the targeted release.

Jeepers Creepers 4: Reborn expected plotline
As per the IMDb page of Jeepers Creepers: Reborn the official synopsis reads, “the film unfolds as the Horror Hound festival holds its first-ever event in Louisiana, where it attracts hundreds of geeks, freaks and die-hard horror fans from far and wide.”
The synopsis proceeds: “Among them is fanboy Chase and his girlfriend Laine, who is forced to come along for the ride. Laine begins to experience unexplained premonitions and disturbing visions associated with the town’s past, and in particular, local legend/urban myth The Creeper. As the festival arrives and the blood-soaked entertainment builds to a frenzy, Laine believes that something unearthly has been summoned and that she is at the center of it.”
