Motorhome crashes in Marysville; Quick escape saved 4 Lives

A RV driver, passenger, and their two dogs were successfully extricated from an accident in Marysville on Sunday afternoon.

Crews from the Marysville Fire District responded to the 5200 block of 152nd Street after receiving reports of a motorhome collision. According to officials, the people managed to escape through the back window.

One person was brought to Providence Hospital for minor injuries.

Officials reminded RV owners to conduct a quick safety check before traveling. “Always keep emergency exits clear and accessible,” they said. “Make sure items are safely secured to reduce injuries in the case of an accident. And always have your furry traveling partners clearly tagged and microchipped.”

The North County Regional Fire Authority, Snohomish County Fire District 21, and Snohomish County 911 all assisted in the response.
