Eric Adams, the mayor of New York City, was at City Hall with CTO Matt Fraser today to announce the launch of MyCity. MyCity is a one-stop online portal that provides access to city services and benefits. It was a long-promised initiative that will make it easier for New Yorkers to access city services and benefits. The portal will provide access to more than 80 services and benefits from 30 different agencies. The services include things like paying parking tickets, renewing licenses, and applying for permits. The portal will also provide information about city services and benefits that are available to residents.
New York is a 24/7 city. That's why we're going to make it easier for New Yorkers to access city services — 24/7.
