The man who is suspected of attacking a dog and battling cops in his undies at a gas station in Lawrence on Wednesday has been identified as a resident of Raytown, Missouri.
According to the Douglas County Jail booking log, the man, 25-year-old Zion Daniel Eisenhart, was taken into custody just before 3 p.m. on suspicion of engaging in lewd and lascivious behavior, animal cruelty, aggravated battery on a law enforcement official, aggravated assault on an officer, and interfering with law enforcement.
Eisenhart allegedly refused to leave the restroom at the Casey’s, located at 1703 W. Sixth St., on Wednesday, which led to his arrest. According to reports, Eisenhart was Tased twice by authorities as they tried to remove him and discovered him nude and engaging in sexual activity with himself.
He allegedly bit a police officer and a medium-to large-breed dog that were in the restroom with him when he was being arrested.
