All about Supernatural Academy
Supernatural Academy is an American animated fantasy TV series that debuted on Peacock on January 20, 2022. The series is based on a book of the same name by Jaymin Eve. It follows the lives of Mischa Jackson/Lebron, a 16-year-old girl who is living in the human world with her mom Lienda.
Supernatural stars Gigi Saul Guerrero, Larissa Dias, Cardi Wong, Vincent Tong, Ali J. Eisner, and Bethany Brown as the voice artists. It is produced by Konnie Kwak in association with Allen Bohbot and Jaymin Eve.
In an interview with AssignmentX, show runner Gillian Horvath describes, “SUPERNATURAL ACADEMY is [for ages] fourteen-plus officially, but I know plenty of people who are watching it with their ten-, eleven-, twelve-year-olds. It depends on the kid, but other than the swear words, it’s not got a heavy amount of gore or violence or some of those other things that might be distressing to little kids, I’m hearing that families are watching it together, which is what we really hope for.”
He continued, “In many households, this will not be the first time the kids have heard someone say, “a**hole” [laughs]. But that’s up to everyone to decide for themselves, so that’s why it’s rated as it is, because we want people to be aware it’s not for little kids, it’s not for the preschool set. But I’ve heard of some eight- and nine-year-olds watching it, and I certainly think anyone eleven and up is ready for this show. I think kids are very sophisticated, honestly. I think people sometimes underestimate what twelve- and thirteen-year-olds are aware of about the world around them.”
Renewal Status
As of November 2022, Peacock has yet to greenlight the second installment of Supernatural Academy. Due to an extreme lack of input, it’s complicated to bring to light if the showrunners would produce another season of the fantasy animated series. However, fans are waiting in anticipation for a new season to proceed with the tale further as there are plenty of things yet to unfold.
Fans can rest assured because as per the series writer Gillian Horvath, the series will be back for more and we couldn’t be any more delighted.

Supernatural Academy season 2 Release Date?
Supernatural Academy was released on peacock, which aired in early 2020. The tv series has got tons of positive reviews from the audiences and reviewers as well! Ever since the first chapter of the season is out, fandom is awaiting the release of the next season. But when can we expect its release though?
Well, at this time, peacock has not yet announced the renewal of its seventh edition. However, with the popularity of season 1, we surely expect there to be a new season of Supernatural Academy. Furthermore, we can expect its arrival on peacock shortly.

Supernatural Academy Plot: What to expect?
In an interview with AssignmentX, Horvath was asked if the second season will cover on Shadow Spawn.
“That is certainly one element that would be part of Season 2, Horvath said. “We have some other plans that we hope to be able to follow through on. We laid some seeds. We like to lay some things around that can sprout into story points in the future if we are able to continue the story. But we’ll see what winds up happening when we actually get back in the writers’ room.”
