On the afternoon of Saturday, June 14, at about 1:40 p.m. local time, the Hoover Police Department responded to reports of a shooting that involved two employees at the Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux located on Tattersall Park Drive.
A pregnant woman who had been shot in the belly was found by the police when they got at the scene of the incident. The victim had been found by the members of the police force.
According to the police, the woman was taken to a nearby hospital, and while it is anticipated that she would live, the development of her unborn child did not occur.
