An undercover investigation that took place on Monday at a massage parlor located in the northwest part of Harris County resulted in the arrest of a woman on charges related to prostitution.
Mark Herman, the Constable of Harris County Precinct 4, stated that one of his policemen at 81 Spa on Cypress Creek Parkway pretended to be a customer in order to commit a crime. The officer, who remained nameless, “was solicited for sex and/or sex acts by females working in the establishment,” according to the statement made by the constable.
With the exception of Yonghua Lou, just one woman was taken into custody and charged with prostitution. The constable deputies also discovered that she did not possess a license to practice therapy.
Despite the fact that Lou is only being charged with prostitution at the moment, Constable Herman has stated that more charges, including those relating to human trafficking, are likely to be brought against her as the investigation progresses.
