Duluth Police officers responded to a car accident in the West Duluth neighborhood on Wednesday.
At roughly 2:20 pm, one vehicle collided with another parked car in the parking lot of a KFC.
According to the preliminary inquiry, the female driver reversed out of a different parking lot, crossed Central Avenue, and collided with a parked car in a KFC lot. The hit caused the parked vehicle to tumble onto its side.
Duluth police officers on the scene decided that the female driver showed no symptoms of intoxication.
The other car was carrying three persons at the time of the collision. They sustained minor injuries and were sent to a local hospital.
The female driver of the vehicle was cited for careless driving, and she rejected medical treatment.
