Car flips after colliding with Houston Fire Truck responding to a call; Investigation reveal

According to the Houston Police Department, the investigation into an incident involving a Houston Fire Department vehicle on Wednesday revealed that the other motorist refused to yield.

The incident occurred just before 11 a.m. Wednesday on Holly Hall near Highway 288. SkyEye film showed a large police presence responding, and a vehicle was flipped on its roof.

According to authorities, the fire truck was responding to a call with its lights and sirens turned on when it was struck by the flipped vehicle.

After conducting an investigation and speaking with witnesses, police determined that the vehicle failed to give the right of way to the firetruck.

There is currently no word on whether anyone was wounded in this incident.
